Dear Client,

Thank you for choosing a Hairs With Love wig, handmade with care by Delia and Elzarie. Each piece is individually created using ethically sourced hair, offering a deeply personal and unique result.

As handmade items require gentle handling to ensure longevity, please take note of the following:

Once your wig leaves our care or is styled, treated, or handled by a third party, we can no longer take responsibility for its condition.

A two-week grace period is offered after delivery for minor adjustments related to the original order, at no charge, provided the wig has not been altered or treated in any way.

After this period, or if changes have been made, adjustments or repairs can still be done at a labour and materials cost.

All handmade or altered items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available.

You will receive personalised washing and styling instructions, and it is important that these are followed carefully. We are always happy to assist with guidance or support via video call if needed.

As each wig is handmade, slight variations are natural and part of the beauty of the process.

Full payment is required before work begins. Please refer to your invoice for payment and collection details.
