Taped seals have become the more popular choice of extension as they offer an even distribution of hair, which provides thickness and length quickly and effectively.
A clear backing and a panel of hair are sandwiched together with the client’s hair in-between. Double sided tape is used to hold this sandwich together. Every 6 weeks the taped panels of extensions need to be removed and replaced closer to the scalp.
